Preservé Breast Augmentation at Pantheons

Your consultation begins with listening. Preservé uses a small incision in the natural crease beneath your breast, with no incision in your armpit. The result is shaped around your own proportions. It's planned with 3D visualization and performed by Mr Paul Banwell, one of the first surgeons in the UK to offer it.

What Preservé is

A minimally invasive approach to breast augmentation

A minimally invasive approach to breast augmentation.

Preservé is a minimally invasive breast augmentation technique performed through a small incision in the natural crease beneath your breast, approximately 2.5 to 3 centimetres. Mr Banwell uses a blunt instrument to separate your tissue along its own natural planes, rather than cutting through breast ligaments and tissue. He then uses a temporary balloon to shape the pocket before placing your implant above the muscle. There is no incision in your armpit.

Preservé also suits a broader range of patients than Mia FemTech. It may be a fit for you if you have:

  • Mild ptosis
  • Larger implant volumes
  • Augmentation combined with a lift

Your consultation with Mr Banwell will confirm whether Preservé is the right approach for your anatomy and your goals.

Key Benefits

What matters most to patients considering Preservé.
A Scar Placed to Stay Hidden
Your incision sits in the natural crease beneath your breast rather than your armpit, and is designed to be well concealed once healed.
Working with Natural Tissue Planes
Pocket creation uses a blunt separator and an inflatable balloon to shape your implant pocket along your breast's own tissue planes, avoiding disruption to your ligaments and breast tissue.
A Broader Range of Candidates
Preservé accommodates mild ptosis, larger implant volumes, and combined augmentation with a lift, giving you more options than Mia FemTech allows.
A Manageable Recovery
Clinical reports and surgeon experience suggest you can expect a return to light activity within one to two days, with full activity typically resumed within three to four weeks. Mr Banwell will discuss what to expect for you specifically.
