Pantheons Clinic Surgical Payment Terms & Conditions

To reserve your surgery date, a £500 booking deposit is required.

• To secure a particular date the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the reservation request being accepted.
• Your invoice will be available in your Adoreal account, and payment can be made online, by card or over the phone.
• Once the deposit is received, your surgery date will be secured.

Deposit Cooling-Off Period

• The £500 booking deposit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date payment is received.
• If you cancel your surgery date within this 7-day period, the deposit will be fully refundable.
• After the 7-day cooling-off period, the booking deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Please note that booking and organising a surgery date is quite complex, labour intensive and entails significant administrative activity and time liaising with hospitals, anaesthetists, and suppliers. The non-refundable deposit reflects these activities.

• The full balance of your surgical fees must be paid no later than six weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date.
• If your surgery date is within six weeks at the point of booking, the full balance will be due immediately.

Due to the high demand for theatre availability and the points mentioned above, the following terms apply once the cooling-off period has ended.

Changing or Cancelling Your Surgery Date

• More than 6 weeks’ notice: No additional charge. Your deposit will remain on file and can be transferred to a new surgery date.
• Less than 6 weeks’ notice: A £250 administration fee will apply.
• Less than 2 weeks’ notice: A £500 administration fee will apply.
• Less than 1 week’s notice: An administration fee of 50% of the total surgical fee will apply.

Multiple Date Changes

• If you change your surgery date twice or more, a minimum administration fee of £250 will apply, regardless of notice period.
• In these circumstances, the full outstanding surgical fee will become payable at the time of the subsequent change.

In the event of a significant medical change, medical emergency, or other extenuating circumstances resulting in the cancellation of surgery, each case will be reviewed on an individual basis. Appropriate supporting documentation will be required for consideration to be given. In such circumstances, the standard deposit terms will still apply; the £500 booking deposit remains non-refundable but may be transferred to a new surgery date, where appropriate.

• If you are applying for finance, your application must be confirmed 6 weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date.
• Failure to confirm a finance application within this timeframe may require the full surgical fee to be paid upfront.
• All cancellation and amendment charges outlined above also apply to finance patients.

• If your surgery date is cancelled or changed, a new invoice will be issued.
• Rebooking will only be confirmed once any outstanding balances or administration fees have been settled.
